This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the substantive laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy (including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Privacy Policy) shall be submitted to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) pursuant to the HKIAC Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of application, which rules are deemed incorporated by reference in this section.
