Live a different life in 1 in 8 Billion — MakeGame Edition. Begin with a random birthplace and family, make choices as the years pass, and follow changes in health, happiness, knowledge, and relationships.
What would change if your life began somewhere else? This browser life simulator starts with a randomly assigned birthplace and family. Read your character's background, begin their life, and follow the experiences and decisions that arrive as the years pass.
Early childhood brings small events and choices that become part of your character's story. From age six, you can choose a yearly focus. Study, spend time with friends, help at home, exercise, or enjoy a hobby. Each option shows the areas it can affect, giving you a reason to consider more than a single score.
Health, Happiness, Knowledge, and Relationships help you follow how the character is doing. A pixel-art scene shows their surroundings, while the life record keeps track of events and decisions. Your family background and the experiences that follow give each new choice its context.
Pause whenever you want to read the record. Speed up time to move through quieter years, use Next decision to head toward another choice, or try Auto mode to watch the story unfold. You can return to a saved life through Continue in the same browser.
This showcase version is inspired by 1 in 8 Billion, the original life simulation operated by Jin's Earth. The version featured here is the MakeGame Edition.

Use the on-screen controls to play. Available actions change as your character grows. The optional field for where you were actually born is a comparison setting, not a way to select the character's birthplace.
It is a browser life simulator in which you start with a randomly assigned birthplace and family, respond to events, and choose priorities as the character grows. Four visible stats—Health, Happiness, Knowledge, and Relationships—help you follow the story alongside a record of events and decisions.
Your character's birthplace is drawn when you select Be born. The opening settings offer a birth-based or population-based draw. The separate field for where you were actually born is used for comparison; it does not select the character's country.
The early years follow the character's childhood through events and occasional decisions. Yearly focus choices become available from age six. At that stage, options include Study, Friends & play, Help at home, Exercise, and Hobbies, with their effects shown beside each choice.
Health, Happiness, Knowledge, and Relationships track different parts of your character's life on a 0–100 scale. Use them together with the life record to understand what is changing. The action labels show trade-offs, such as Study increasing knowledge while reducing happiness.
Yes. The game includes Pause, several speed settings up to 16×, Next decision, and Auto mode. Choose a slower pace to read events or a faster one to move through the years. The opening duration settings describe the simulation's pace rather than guaranteeing an exact playtime.
